Article 2 | What data do we use?
<\/strong>Here you will find an overview of the data we process, why we need it, on what legal basis and how long we will keep this data. We process your name, e-mail address, address details and bank details that are necessary to optimally deliver our services on the basis of the agreement. Without this information we cannot properly execute the agreement. For example, we cannot ship the order if we do not have the data.<\/p>\n

We store this data for 7 years (this is the statutory retention period for the Tax and Customs Administration). In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about our services, we will process your name, email and the content of this complaint in order to provide the best\u00a0 possible solution for you to come. We use this information for a\u00a0<\/span>optimum execution of the agreement. We will keep the data until this complaint has been resolved.<\/span> We use analytics services to enable and optimize our website. We have a commercial interest (legitimate interest) to use your surfing behavior on our\u00a0website and related data to analyze\u00a0our service and improve it where necessary (see Article 6).<\/span><\/p>\n

We will track your use of our website with Google Analytics and are bound by Google's retention periods.<\/span> When you use the contact form on our website fills in, we process, with your explicit consent, your name, e-mail, telephone number and other data that you choose to enter on the form. We keep data from completed contact forms until your question has been dealt with and settled.<\/span><\/p>\n
