Article 2 | What data do we use?<\/span><\/span>
<\/strong> Here you will find an overview of the data we process, why we need it, on what legal basis, and how long we will retain this data. We process your name, email address, address details, and bank details necessary to provide our services optimally based on the agreement. Without this data, we cannot properly execute the agreement. For example, we cannot ship the order if we do not have the data.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

We retain this data for 7 years (this is the statutory retention period for the Tax and Customs Administration). Should you unexpectedly have a complaint about our services, we will process your name, email, and the content of this complaint in order to\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>reach the best possible solution for you. We use this data for the\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>optimal execution of the agreement.     3. Data Transfer – Should you wish to transfer your data to another provider, Studio PiBel will provide your data in a structured and commonly used format that can be opened by common digital systems.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol>

      1. Automated processing – You may always let us know your point of view regarding an automated decision by Studio PiBel and have this decision reconsidered by a third party.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol>
