Reflection period / Return
It could happen that you want to return an order. Probably because the product doesn't fit your purpose or maybe another reason why the order should be returned. Whatever the reason is, you have the right to return your order within 14 days after reception of the goods.
After the cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. The full amount of the product will be refunded. The shipping fee will not be refunded and the return is at your own cost. In that way we try to stimulate our buyers to make a sustainable order.
If you want to use your cancellation right, the product needs to be returned in it's original shape and the original packaging. To make a return, please contact us at info@studiopibel.be. We will refund the product price within 14 days within the reception of the returned good.
In case the product is damaged upon the return, we can reduce the loss of value. Please treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packed when you return it.
Please note: When choosing a custom-made item, there is no return option.
